Più di 2500 persone ritratte in un grande album fotografico di Trento.

Le foto eseguite con Davide Marcesini nel corso di due settimane nel centro storico dove un carrozzone da circo anni cinquanta è stato trasformato in uno studio fotografico per immortalare famiglie, giovani e anziani, amici e amanti, persone e i loro animali. È il tentativo di dimostrare un teorema: date migliaia di persone, tutte ritratte nelle stesse condizioni e fuori dal loro ambiente, è possibile cogliere tra le infinite diversità ciò che rende la vita, qualsiasi vita, un valore assoluto e intoccabile.

Il libro termina con le immagini della mostra allestita nelle vie del centro, durante la quale ognuno poteva portare via il proprio ritratto.

More than 2500 people portrayed in the city of Trento’s big photo album.

The photos were taken together with Davide Marcesini over a span of two weeks in the old town where a Fifties circus wagon was set up as a photo studio to immortalize families, youngsters and the elderly, friends and lovers, people and their pets. It is an attempt to demonstrate a theorem: given thousands of people, all photographed in the same conditions and away from their environment, it is possible to grasp among the infinite differences what makes a life, any life, an absolute and untouchable value.

The book ends with the images of the exhibition set up in the old city’s streets, where people could come and take away their own photo.
